Mail - In Service

This service allows customers to post their device to us for repair. All we need is the device and a note with customer's details, name/ number/ email/ and postal address, and a brief description of the issue that needs to be resolved.Once we get the device, the turn around is 3-5 working days normally. 

We recommend customer post via Royal Mails recorded delivery and have enough bubble wrap with the device, so as to not further damage the device.
