Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders will be shipped out within 3 working days. The cut off time for each day is 4PM.

For High Barnet, New Barnet, Wetstone, Potters Bar, Cockfosters, Arkely, and Borehamwood, we offer same day delivery between 7-8, for orders placed by 5PM, at an extra cost of £20.

Carirers

We use, Royal Mail, DHL, UPS and for High Barnet and surrounding areas we can personally drop stuff off.

Back Orders

For back orders, we will ship out the part of the order that we have in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship it out at no extra charge for the shipping and handling for the 2nd shipment.

I definitely recommend getting your phone screen fixed at Alpha Tech Mobiles and Computers, Barnet. They are fast and friendly. It only took 25 mins for them to have my screen fixed. My screen was cracked at the top and bottom and some buttons were not working. Ali from Alpha Tech saved my life! In the final stages of my Master thesis‘s write up, my macbook‘s screen turned black and, lacking an exchange device, it was impossible to continue. Panically, I explained my situation to Ali in the shop - he had it fixed over night. Five stars for him! I returned to his shop to have my smartphone‘s battery exchanged, despite I now live in Wembley and it is quite a commute to it. It‘s totally worthwhile!
