We Repair both Apple and Windows computers. Whether it's a broken screen, quickly depleting battery, keys getting stuck on a keyboard or operating system failing, our technicians can solve both hardware and software issues.

We off free diagnostics, ie when we get the computer, we will diagnose the issue and inform you what the issue is, how long will the repair take and the charges involved. The customer will only be expected to pay, if they give us the go ahead to repair the computer. All repairs come with 12 months warranty. 100% repairs done on site with 80% repairs done same day.

In case, you live far and cannot drop off the laptop to store, we can:

1) Arrange for a delivery via Royal Mail Shipping Label, or

2) If the address is within 3 Miles of our premises, we can arrange for a pickup and drop for a charge of £10.

Both the options can be discussed over the phone once you have filled in the form.

For offices that need help with installation, or home user that need some one to come over to have a look at an issue, we offer call out service as well. There is a one off charge of £ 30 for the call out plus, £20 every 30 minutes that our technician is at the site. You can book by:

I definitely recommend getting your phone screen fixed at Alpha Tech Mobiles and Computers, Barnet. They are fast and friendly. It only took 25 mins for them to have my screen fixed. My screen was cracked at the top and bottom and some buttons were not working. Ali from Alpha Tech saved my life! In the final stages of my Master thesis‘s write up, my macbook‘s screen turned black and, lacking an exchange device, it was impossible to continue. Panically, I explained my situation to Ali in the shop - he had it fixed over night. Five stars for him!
